Janice Woods
Janice has over 40 years’ experience in the research and life sciences sectors. Janice undertook research in diabetes and molecular biology prior to transitioning from research to industry.
She brings expertise from roles that have included ANZ Sales Director, Service Engineering Manager and Technical Sales Specialist.
Janice has formed extensive relationships with scientists across all levels within the research and development community, by providing innovative and valued solutions to aid in furthering their personal and organisations success.
Janice has a passion for mentoring and developing staff from her experience in management in commercial scientific organisations. She enjoys contributing to the growth and success of individuals throughout their careers.
Janice is now available for our 1:1 mexec jobstrategy™ meetings, and as an advisor for all levels of candidates seeking support and mentorship.
Marilyn Jones
Marilyn is an Executive Recruiter and Scientist with over 22 years’ experience resourcing companies’ staff and assisting individuals with their career aspirations.
Marilyn undertook research in cancer & immunology, leading to managing R&D projects for developing human therapeutics, wheat identification and infectious disease testing.
After a period of selling complex scientific instrumentation systems into the Pharmaceutical, Research, Pathology, Analytical and Manufacturing sectors, Marilyn made the fortuitous move into Recruitment, where she has now been for over 20 years.
With a focus on looking after the individual, mexec works with candidates to find their next career opportunity and partners with start-ups to multinationals to recruit from graduate to board level.
