Damian has over three decades of experience in commercial roles in the life sciences academia and research segments, currently serving as the Business Development and Programs Manager at mexec.
His career has been dedicated to selling and promoting scientific technologies and applications across Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on fostering customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. His roles have included senior Sales, technical services, and engineering management.
Damian specializes in team leadership, customer experience, and account management, having previously managed diverse teams and is particularly interested in coaching and developing individuals to bring out their best.
