Marilyn Jones - mexec's Managing Director

Marilyn Jones is an Executive Recruiter and Scientist, experienced in resourcing staff for companies and assisting individuals with their career aspirations since 1998, the same year GOOGLE started.

Marilyn’s focus in starting her company in 2011 was to look after the individual. This has now developed into an extensive program – mexec jobstrategy™ – working with candidates in many industries to assist them in their career aspirations locally and internationally.

Marilyn’s company, mexec, assists start-ups to multinationals with their HR and recruitment requirements from graduate to Board level.

Damian Doyle - Business Development & Programs Manager

Damian has over three decades of experience in commercial roles in the life sciences academia and research segments, currently serving as the Business Development and Programs Manager at mexec.

His career has been dedicated to selling and promoting scientific technologies and applications across Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on fostering customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. His roles have included senior Sales, technical services, and engineering management.

Damian specializes in team leadership, customer experience, and account management, having previously managed diverse teams and is particularly interested in coaching and developing individuals to bring out their best.

Damian is available for our 1:1 mexec jobstrategy™ program and as an advisor for all levels of candidates seeking support and mentorship.
