The Company

The Opportunity
Lead the company’s national Technical Service Division, responsible for commercial performance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term sustainable growth:
  • Own and grow the Service Division P&L by driving revenue, improving margins, and building a high-performing commercial function.
  • Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy to expand service capability, market presence, and geographic reach.
  • Shape and optimise service offerings, pricing structures, and commercial models to win new business and maximise profitability.
  • Lead operational improvements to increase utilisation, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery performance.
  • Drive end-to-end commercial execution, ensuring strong tender conversion, contract performance, and risk management.
  • Build strong customer relationships to improve retention, increase renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Implement and leverage systems and data to improve forecasting, efficiency, and decision-making across the business.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a national team to deliver high performance, accountability, and a strong customer-focused culture.
The Requirements
  • Extensive senior leadership experience within technical services, engineering, or regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven responsibility for managing P&L, revenue growth, and margin optimisation
  • Demonstrated experience leading field service teams or technical operations at a national or multi-site level
  • Track record of driving operational improvements, scaling service delivery, and implementing efficient systems and processes
  • Strong understanding of compliance, quality, and regulatory frameworks in high-compliance environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across technical, commercial, and executive audiences
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related discipline, with leadership training advantageous
  • Eligibility to work in Australia, along with a current driver’s licence, and the ability to meet compliance and safety requirements
